Rosaline & William choose us to cater for their wedding at Bridge House Barn, a beautiful Tipi style marquee in the charming village of Kibworth Harcourt, Leicestershire. When the Guests arrived…

Arrival Drinks and Canapés 

With our team of experienced, efficient and friendly service waiters, the Brewster’s guests were greeted with a glass of champagne followed by an array of interesting and exquisite canapés. All guests were taken care of with champagne top ups and a selection of lagers and soft drinks.

The Main Event…

Main Course

Using top quality local ingredients, the main course really stole the show! The rosemary & garlic roasted leg of lamb and english rack of lamb came out perfectly, turning heads as it was brought to the tables. Accompanied with a red wine and redcurrant gravy, homemade mint sauce and seasonal vegetables, the meal was loved by all.

The main vegetarian option for the day was a gorgeous mushroom wellington. The golden brown blazed pastry looked too good to eat!

“The food was amazing. So many people have said that it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding. The lamb was cooked exactly as we had asked for it and the canapés were delicious and so different to the normal canapés at weddings.”

Dessert 

A true classic. Strawberry Eton Mess. Presented in a fun and fitting way, the dessert was a perfect way to follow the delicious main course and had the guests asking for more!
