We were once again honored and delighted to cater for a spectacular wedding set in the family’s wonderful countryside home and grounds for Jess and Jack O’Reilly’s big day!

When the Guests arrived…

Arrival Drinks and Canapés

The guests arrived to the sound of a local band, the clinks and bubbles of arrival drinks, and the ooo’s and ahh’s of the mouth-watering canapés. A beautiful, sunny start to the wedding reception.

The Starter…

“PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO MAKE THIS!?”

As the guests settled into the seats, a light and refreshing starter was the perfect start to the 3-course meal. Smoked Salmon and King Prawn Salad on a Toasted Blini with Marie Rose Sauce or Risotto with Yellow Courgettes, Asparagus, and Garden Peas. The flavours worked really well together and received lots of compliments.

The Main Event…

Main Course

A wonderful and traditional dish! The guests were very pleased with their choice of either a Roast Sirloin of Beef and fluffy Yorkshire Pudding, or a Roasted Butternut Squash and Mushroom Wellington, both served with  Dauphinoise Potatoes, Seasonal Green, Honey and Thyme Glazed Heritage Carrots and Parsnips.

Not only did the course go down well, the family and their guests were very happy with the promptness and fluidity of the service and attention to detail.

Drinks were being topped up, guests were happy with laughter and joy filling the marquee!
