Arrival Drinks and Canapés
Upon arrival, the sun was shining and the guests were met with a choice of delectable drinks, delicious canapés and beautiful live music. A scrumptious start to the day!
The Starter…
“I WISH I COULD MAKE IT LIKE THIS!”
What a way to start the 3-course meal. The guests thoroughly enjoyed the starter; Scottish Smoked Salmon, Gravadlax, with Tiger Prawns with Baby Salas Leaves and Micro Herbs.
The Main Event…
Main Course
The main course was a sight to behold! There were many ‘oohs and aahs’ when the food arrived at the tables situated in the amazing marque. The guests were treated to Roast Rump of Lamb, Fresh Mint Sauce, Roast Gravy, Seasonal Vegetables, Duck Fat Roasted and Crushed New Potatoes.
The family and their guests were delighted with the promptness and quality of the service and the overall attentiveness of the waiters and waitresses.
The bride, groom and their family and friends were also surprised by a pair of excellent Singing Waiters who lit up the room with a surprise performance and got the party vibes started.

After the exceptional surprise performance by the Singing Waiters, it was now time for a delicious dessert to cap off a truly wonderful 3 courses. The guests adored a heavenly Trio Selection followed by Coffee and Tea.
